Have you given significant support to the Belgrade International Film Festival of Disabled Persons, what are the reasons?
The reason is very simple, that special feeling that we can help is the main driving force. I think that most companies can participate without much effort, and doing so much for the participants of BOSIFEST. In addition to the harsh professionalism, one should always have the will and desire to be human in any way, according to the possibilities.
What is your opinion on BOSIFEST?
I especially like this festival because of humanity, and because of the creativity that adorns it. I am pleased that there is a place where great support and incentives for people with disabilities are given, to develop their creativity, a place that gives them the feeling that their work is equally valued and valued. The main purpose is the demolition of existing prejudices, raising awareness in society that people with disabilities should be fully equal, with the same rights, and you are doing a great job. You are also a big incentive for those who have not yet participated in this or similar work.
What are the plans for the future when Garni hotel Evropa is concerned? What will be the share of socially responsible activities in the future?
The plans for the future of our hotel are certainly a continuation of the continuous listening of the needs of guests and the implementation of activities in order to meet these needs and expectations. We will continue, as before, to take care of internal and external operations in order to maintain a high level of socially responsible activities, as this is the main factor for our success on the market.
Conclusion, what is your message to our fellow citizens and compatriots when it comes to the problems of people with disabilities?
One of the great problems encountered by people with disabilities is certainly discrimination, which should not be represented in view of the contemporary world in which we live today. We need to provide equal forces to support their rights in order to make people with disabilities feel that they belong to this society. We all lack naturalness in behavior towards people with disabilities, and in fact we need to understand that these people are the same as everyone else.
